Quality product, the way you want it
At Terra Beata Farms, quality and customer service are our top priorities. We are proud to be the first Nova Scotian producer of frozen cranberries to be registered with CFIA (since 2006) and now BRC (2013). Our on-farm commercial kitchen is also registered, so our cranberry products can make their way across Canada and beyond.
Organic Cranberries
While our farm is conventional, we clean, pack and market organic cranberries in co-operation with Springbrook Farm. If you are looking for frozen organic cranberries, dried organic cranberries, or organic cranberry juice, please contact Springbrook Farm.
Kosher
Due to customer requests, our frozen cranberries are certified Kosher.
Frozen Cranberries, whole or sliced
While the industry standard is a 40lb box, we pack and slice to your specifications. Call or e-mail with your requirements, and we will be happy to put together a quote, from 100lb to a container full. We were proud to be recognized in 2009 and again in 2013 as Lunenburg County Exporter of the Year and as a Nova Scotia Exporter of the Year.
Food Service
All of our products are available in food service formats. We offer frozen cranberries, whole or sliced, in a variety of options. The most common is a case of 6 x 2kg poly bags. All our dried fruit is available in 1 kg poly bags, or 25lb poly-lined boxes.
